When: Saturday August 7, 1976
Where: Castaway Restaurant, Burbank CA
We the Committee would like to thank all who participated in making our 10 year reunion a great success.
It's always a pleasure to see old friends and renew old acquaintances. We feel proud to have celebrated our reunion in the country's Bicentennial year with the Spirit of Regeda Regents.
The "Town Criers" provided the sounds and the Valparisians and the Adesarians supplied the nostalgic activities of the swinging sixities on the dance floor. Once again, the twist, slausson, stroll, and the rock 'n' roll numbers intrigued the souls of the not-so-young and most of the loyal Regents were there until 2:00 am to beg the Town Criers to continue their gig.
A multitude of door prizes and awards were given throughout the evening with a stereo heading the list, won by Christy Matter Dunn, a 10-speed bike won by Janis Wolfe Haver, a $75 bottle of Galiano won by Charmaine Zalar King (what was left of it!) A special prize was awarded to Kay Fuerstenberg Foecking for travelling the longest distance (Illinois) and to Donna Watts Wolfe for best producer (five children, so far!)
Thanks again to all of you who made the reunion a tremendous success.
The Committee
